Grant D. Kerber

Grant joined us in November, 1997.
He has been a member of the firm and an officer of Shipman, Dixon & Livingston
since January 1, 2003. He was born in Troy on March 22, 1972. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Dayton in 1994 and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1997.
Grant has served as the past Law Director for the Village of Covington and for the City of Troy. Since 2002, he has been the Municipal Court Prosecutor for the Village of West Milton. In addition, he practices in the areas of Real Estate, Domestic Relations, Civil Litigation, Municipal Law, Probate and Business Law.

Lenee M. Brosh

Leneé was born in Toledo, Ohio and graduated from Centerville High School in Centerville, Indiana.
After graduating from Earlham College in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in Economics, Ms. Brosh went on to receive her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Dayton Law School in May 2002.
She was admitted to practice before the Bar of the Supreme Court of Ohio in November 2002 and has been admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Northern & Southern Districts of Ohio.
Leneé is a member of the Miami County and the Ohio State Bar Association. She is also a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). Leneé is the law director for the Village of West Milton and is the Miami County Municipal Court Prosecutor. Leneé primarily practices in the areas of Family Law, Social Security Disability, Probate and Civil Litigation.

Andrew H. Johnston

Andrew was born in Troy, Ohio and graduated from Troy High School in 2004.
After graduating from Ohio University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Business Pre-law, Andrew went on to receive his Juris Doctor Degree from the Claude W. Petit College of Law at Ohio Northern University with distinction. While at Ohio Northern University, Andrew was the Presiding Judge of the ONU Moot Court Program and was both a member and the coach of the National Tax Moot Court Team. He was admitted to practice before the Bar of the Supreme Court of Ohio in November 2011 and has been admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Andrew is a member of the Miami County and the Ohio State Bar Association. He serves as one of the Miami County Municipal Court Prosecutors and is the current law director for the Village of Laura. Andrew primarily practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Probate, Workers' Compensation, Collections, Evictions, Family Law, and Civil Litigation.

Jared Chamberlain
Jared was born in Springfield, Ohio and grew up in Urbana, Ohio, graduating from Urbana High School in 2003. He graduated from Wright State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before attending the University Of Dayton School Of Law, where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2012.
He was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2013, and began building a successful law practice in Miami County until finally joining the law firm of Shipman, Dixon & Livingston in January 2018. Jared practices in the areas of Family Law, Probate and Estate Planning, Real Estate, Civil Litigation, and more.
Jared is a member of the Miami County Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association, and is also licensed to practice law in South Carolina. Jared resides in Troy, Ohio with his wife and two children.
